Our Story
Defined Properties was born from our shared passion for modern living spaces and smart business. We’re Mike & Ella, a couple from Sandbach who spotted an opportunity to combine our love for hospitality with our drive for property investment.
Like many people, we started with an idea: how can we help property owners earn more without the daily stress of hosting? From there, Defined Properties was created. A management service that puts people first, ensuring both landlords and guests enjoy a seamless experience.
